Racing Engines Return Policy. 30 day LIMITED return policy for parts purchased from TRE, all special/custom orders are all sales final at time of sale. NO RETURNS on special/custom orders, period. All items that have been used are NOT covered under warranty, improper installation and any type of neglect or abuse on parts is at the customers risk. Due to the nature of racing and its extreme conditions, TRE engines have no express warranty implied. Any returns to TRE must be prepaid to TRE in cleveland, TX. By acceptance of any parts by TRE, TRE assumes no fault. Customers opening up/taking apart there engine for personal inspection in any way voids TRE from assisting customers on repair relief in any way. Please contact TRE for your warranty questions or concerns on specific parts or engines. |
